• Individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register.
• Age verification with a valid ID is mandatory.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account.
• No one may operate an account on behalf of a minor.
• Providing a false age will result in permanent account closure.

4 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on 577be. 577be reserves the right to review the terms of any relevant event before accepting a bet.

• Bets that have been accepted generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though 577be may consider exceptions in special circumstances.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 577be reserves the right to void that bet and apply the correct odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays — this is a normal part of the process.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits in Sports Betting may vary depending on the event.
• Casino game rules are governed by the individual policies of each respective game.

5 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

577be supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment terms apply to all members.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. If additional verification is required, it may take longer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum withdrawal limit is determined by account level.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, 577be will take action in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the case of a failed deposit, the policies of your bank or mobile operator will apply.

6 Bonus & Promotion Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 577be platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting platform bugs or glitches.
• Playing games or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to verify identity using false or altered documents.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

577be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no rule violations have occurred, that balance will be refunded.
